We assist with their public and private offerings of securities, SEC reporting, M&A transactions, corporate governance, securities exchange listings and compliance, restricted stock transfers and related matters. We also act as an OTCQX sponsor, helping companies apply to trade on the OTCQX and OTCQB markets. We assist with them with the DTC eligibility application process and provide legal opinions required by DTC.
