DHMS dba Ward 7 Business Partnership is a certified DC Main Street organization providing small businesses with technical assistance, guidance for funding opportunities and access to capital coaching, store front improvements and clean team services. A nonprofit, 501c3 organization DHMS changed its name to the Ward 7 Business Partnership in 2013 when it reached its 5 year anniversary.
