United Palestinian Appeal, Inc. (upaconnect.org) is a 501(c)(3) New York nonprofit organization, with headquarters in Washington, D.C. and operations in the West Bank, the Gaza Strip, Jordan, and Lebanon. It strives to support Palestinians meet their relief and development needs.
