Torti Gallas Urban is a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) in the District of Columbia which was formed as a response to Torti Gallas and Partners’ desire to continue to provide high quality master planning, architecture and urban design services in the District. Torti Gallas and its principals have extensive experience with all scales of master planning and building projects in the residential, mixed-use, transit-oriented, and commercial markets, applying jurisdictional needs and code requirements in local, national and international markets.
