Founded in 2009 to serve DC's interns and students, The WIHN pioneered the concept of upscale urban living in our nation's capital. No longer would interns be relegated to the dank basements of their mom's cousin's car mechanic's nephew's or be taken advantage of by bad actors on sites like Craigslist. In the short decade we have been in business we have grown from renting one bedroom in an eastern market row house to serving thousands of students and interns from all corners of the globe among 23 different properties.
