Our extraordinary culinary camp and cooking camp this summer in Washington D.C., where developing your cooking skills takes center stage. Aimed at aspiring chefs aged 12-17, our program welcomes enthusiasts of all levels to explore the art of cooking in the professional kitchens of Union Kitchen. From 10 am to 6 pm daily, students engage deeply with culinary practices, crafting everything from scratch and transforming raw ingredients into up to 100 different recipes. Our comprehensive curriculum not only focuses on culinary fundamentals but also emphasizes personal development, fostering creativity, teamwork, and resilience. Residential students live at Gallaudet University. The crescendo of each session is a TV-style competition!
