School for Friends is a Washington, DC preschool that provides a loving, caring, and supportive program for children ages 18 months to five. For over 35 years, our curriculum has reflected the Quaker values of cooperation, equality, and nonviolence. Our developmental program focuses on helping children solve problems together, resolve conflicts, think independently and make choices. School for Friends is accredited by NAEYC and is a member of Friends Council on Education.
