Lara is an enthusiastic provider who emphasizes careful listening and open communication to provide each patient with personalized care to best fit their needs. She is dedicated to developing longstanding relationships with her patients, and combines holistic and evidence-based approaches to medicine in her practice. Lara keeps healthy with her love of biking, along with a daily practice of yoga and meditation and nutritious home-cooked meals. She graduated from Columbia University and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
