The National Collaborative Institute of Leadership is designed for providing professional development instruction and training for key leaders in Ecclesial, Ecumenical Non-Profit, and Christian Educational/School Organizations. Our motto is "We bridge mission/vision together with practice". Whether you are the manager, director, or supervisor, as well as sending key leaders from your organization, they will join a cohort of leaders from across the U.S. for collaboratively learning together. We call our attendees "leader-learners", and we call our courses "leaders huddling together", because "iron sharpens iron". Most of all, you will be guided by experienced leaders who all have recent achievements and terminal degrees in the topics.
