Michael Hoa, MD, is an associate professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Dr. Hoa is board-certified in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery and neurotology. Dr. Hoa is a clinician-scientist in the intramural research program at the National Institute for Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). His interest is in hearing restoration through regeneration of inner ear cell types, including hair cells.
