After graduating residency in Internal Medicine, Dr Dominguez completed a health policy fellowship at GW, where he worked for the Healthcare Subcommittee of Energy and Commerce, for the US House of Representatives. While there he developed expertise in drug pricing and development, health insurance models, medical coding and CMS regulations.
