Non-LOC employees can make prior arrangements with LCFCU staff to be escorted into the building before 8:30 AM by calling (202) 707-6537. ATMs are located on the Ground & 6th floors of the Madison Building and are available during public open hours of the Library of Congress. Monday - Saturday 8:30AM – 5:00PM.
