We do massage, manual therapy and structural integration, ranging from light to deeper techniques, to help relieve discomfort in your muscles and related fascia. We want you to move more easily and to integrate your movements overall for better balance and flow between muscle groups. We will show you how proper posture and gait feel and give you exercises, stretches and ergonomic ideas to practice and improve on your own for long term wellbeing. The work can help: sports or other activities that can cause overuse and fatigue, correct poor posture, improve gait compensations from older injuries, balance women’s bodies during pre-natal hormonal changes, support some muscular conditions, improve sedentary movement patterns and behavior.
