Attorney Joseph Scrofano is the founder of Scrofano Law PC, a boutique cannabis, criminal, and DUI defense firm that represents individuals in the District of Columbia area. Attorney Scrofano has litigated hundreds of cases in the District of Columbia ranging from simple traffic offenses to domestic violence cases as well as serious felony assault, drug, and gun cases. He is a graduate of the Trial Lawyer's College and earned his law degree from American University's Washington College of Law. He also specializes on advising individuals on DC gun laws and cannabis laws. He is also certified in the NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Test and DUI Detection--the same course DUI trained officers receive.
