Dr Jalil Ahari is an Associate Professor of Medicine with the Division of Pulmonology, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at the MFA. He is also the Program Director for the Pulmonology and Critical Care Fellowship Program, for which he has won Faculty of the Year for seven consecutive years. Dr Ahari received his medical degree from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, completed Occupational Medicine residency in Tehran University of Medical Science, his Internal Medicine residency at Prince George's Hospital Center, and his fellowship in Pulmonology and Critical Care at George Washington University. He is board certified in Sleep Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Internal Medicine.
