Ilana Eastman, CNM, MSN, WHNP-BC is a certified nurse midwife with The GW Medical Faculty Associates. She earned a bachelor's in nursing from Binghamtom University in Upstate New York and then her midwifery training at Georgetown University. Since graduating from nursing school in 2009, she has been working in Washington, DC and caring for area families. She has been a member of The GW Midwifery family first as a student, then as a midwifery fellow, and now as a faculty midwife. She feels honored to grow with the practice and work with such a great team of midwives, doctors, nurses, and families! She is passionate about supporting women and families through transitions using evidence-based and empowering care.
