Estonian Embassy in Washington is offering limited consular services to Estonian and foreign citizens. The consular services being provided are: Accepting applications and issuing Estonian passports and ID cards. Please register for an appointment in advance by email at Embassy: [email protected]. We are not able to service walk-ins. The Embassy is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The Embassy is closed on weekends and on official United States and Estonian holidays.
