Dr. Earl Harley is a pediatric otolaryngologist who practices out of MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Harley completed residency programs with The Naval Medical Center of San Diego, The Naval Regional Medical Center - Walter Reed, and Children's National Medical Center. He completed a fellowship with Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. Dr. Earl Harley is board certified in otolaryngology - head & neck surgery.
