Dr Faulks graduated from Duke University and Case Western Reserve School of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the George Washington University Medical Center and a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. He is Board Certified in both Orthopaedic Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr Faulks is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the George Washington University Medical Center. He practices general orthopedics with special expertise in sports medicine, arthroscopy and surgery of the knee, hip and shoulder including joint replacement.
