Established in 2009, Cork & Fork Fine Wine Merchants is a family owned, Washington, DC-based wine store specializing in an extensive selection of small-producer, sustainably farmed wines from around the globe. Their curated collection encompasses over 1300 wines, ranging from conventional to organic and biodynamic to carbon-neutral, sustainably certified, and non-alcoholic options. The founder is a former winemaker from Champagne, France with experience making wine France, Australia, and the USA. The buying member holds the WSET Level 4 Diploma, French Wine Scholar certification, Spanish Wine Scholar certification, Level 1 Sake certification, as well as the ICE/ITA Italian Wine Professional certification.
