Captain Cookie & the Milkman is a fun, superhero-themed cookie store best-known for its fresh-baked cookies, local dairy, edible cookie doughs, milkshakes, made-to-order ice-cream sandwiches, and friendly faces! Captain Cookie proudly supports efforts to end hunger including AFAC, DC Central Kitchen, the Capital Area Food Bank, local food pantries and No Kid Hungry and helps raise funds to support local schools and community organizations. Founded by Kirk Francis, who started sharing his deep love for cookies from a DC-based food truck in 2012.
