About Capital Area Asset Builders CAAB's three departments, Financial Education; Matched Savings; and the DC EITC Campaign, strive to provide clients with information and tools to put them on the road to financial independence. We sponsor financial workshops on topics such as budgeting and saving, understanding credit, understanding income taxes, saving for retirement, saving for college, and investing. CAAB also provides tax assistance through the DC Earned Income Tax Credit Campaign and matched savings programs, which promote home ownership, post-secondary education, and small business development.
