Dr Amr Madkour is an Obstetrician Gynecologist at The GW Medical Faculty Associates and an assistant professor at the George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences. He is a graduate of Texas Tech School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he served as a chief resident and received the coveted Ungula Sinistra Award for excellence in surgery and patient care by the Kelly Gynecologic Oncology Society. Dr Madkour's clinical interests focus primarily on minimally invasive surgery, high risk pregnancy and international medicine, especially improving access and quality of care for women in resource challenged countries.
