ADVOCATE is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides pro bono legal representation to disabled Veterans seeking to service connect disabilities, increase ratings, pursue earlier effective dates, and appeal educational benefits and pension denials at the VA, US CAVC, and Federal Circuit.
